The NTC is a specialty Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provides neurotoxicity screening services. The NTC Leverages proprietary high throughput technology and relies on contemporary scientific principles of neurotoxicity to deliver assessments faster, more cost effectively and more accurately than otherwise possible. The science behind our scientific testing approach reduces the number of animals required for testing by as much as 75% and enables our clients to work "smarter" not "harder". Our proprietary high throughput methods are as much as 40X more efficient than traditional methods, enabling cost and time efficiencies applied to our clients' choice of scientific methods to employ.

Services Offered:

1. Neurotoxicity Screening: Low cost, incremental testing of a compound during preclinical development stages with an emphasis on identifying high risk candidates early

2. Neurosafety Certification: Thorough, GLP protocols and assessments designed to confirm neurosafety

3. "Special" Neurotoxicity Testing: Study design and execution to meet specialized neurotoxicity requirements requested by the FDA and other regulatory agencies due to high risk neurotoxic profiles or neurotoxic potential.

4. Compound Revival: Study design and execution to probe for conclusive neurosafety evidence for compounds that had previously "washed-out" of development due to ambiguous or suggestive indicators of potential neurotoxicity.

5. NOEL/NOAEL Determination: Study designs and execution to probe safe dosing levels for compounds exhibiting neurotoxic characteristics.
